The Circular introduces a standardized framework for computing NDCF by REITs and HoldCo/SPVs of the REIT, effective April 01, 2024. The Circular supersedes the prior framework outlined in Paragraph F of Chapter 3 of the Master Circular for REITs dated July 06, 2023.
